Avantis Suites Hotel

The hotel with the best sunrise view we ever had right from the spacious balcony. Despite low season the premises and inner hotel territory were very clean, with a lot of greens and flowers in bloom. The hotel is just near the sea. We assume this hotel is definitely a gem for summer stay but we liked it very much even in December. The hosts were very nice and provided a lot of advice regarding the sightseeing possibilities.

You will not regret escaping to the Avantis that is just an hour from Athens by car and truly offers a four star experience. Firstjy, the staff from front desk, waiters, cleaning, to ground keepers are all friendly and amazingly helpful. The hotel Is impeccably kept, the facilities, accommodations and the beach- with the lounge chairs —are in very good shape. If you order the meal plan —which I highly recommend —you get a very nice breakfast (7:30 AM TO 9:30 AM ish) and it offers various fresh fruits, vegetables, grains, breads, eggs, coffees, teas, juices and breakfast meats. For lunch (ala carte ) a large variety of quick, and cooked meals are available for purchase including amazing cold drinks, and super good cocktails offered all day and night. The meal plan includes dinner at 7:30 PM -9:30 PM (19:30-21:30) and offers an eclectic mix of traditional and home cooked Hellenic Greek meals options buffet style that has an international flair, and that is extremely well-made, fresh and flavorful. The rooms are very well kept, clean and with good air conditioning, small refrigerator, a hot plate, and kitchenette. The bathrooms with shower are modern. The views are breathtaking at the upper floor and the gardens and pool are will manicured, tended and kept. The terraces are covered and offer seating area, a table and a pull down rack to dry your towels etc. Lastly, the wifi, which is easy to connect to, works well and as good as it can get in Hellas/ Greece.

Beautiful location. The staff is maximally dedicated to their work. I would like to highlight the staff at the reception and the waiters who were very kind and helpful. Cleanliness was at a very high level. The food was professionally cooked.

Avantis was for our second week in Greece. Tempels and historic sites we did in the first week near Athens. We enjoyed during our week stay at Avantis the beach, bar, and pool the most. Breakfast was good and the lunches (13-16:00) were delicious and were our dinners.
